We're a stealth-mode, YC-backed startup building AI-native legal services for fast-moving companies. Our AI handles 80% of the work — our lawyers deliver the final 20%. We're now hiring one of our first GTM hires in London. This is a rare ground-floor opportunity: build pipeline from scratch, work directly with the founders, and grow into a closing AE role within 9–18 months. What You'll Do
- Drive high-volume outbound prospecting (60%+ of the role) into in-house legal teams at venture-backed and mid-market companies
- Run discovery calls and support customer onboardings alongside the founding team
- Build and manage pipeline in CRM with accurate forecasting and clean handoffs
- Partner with the founders on ICP refinement, messaging, and market feedback loops
- Grow into a closing AE role within 9–18 months as the team scales
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of GTM, SDR, BDR, or sales experience with proven outbound pipeline metrics (e.g. meetings booked per week/month)
- Legal background required: a law degree (JD or equivalent) OR prior experience at a legal tech company.
- Demonstrated ability to sell into or engage with lawyers and in-house legal teams
- High EQ — genuinely sociable, likeable, positive, and credible with senior legal buyers
- Based in London (on-site role)
