The role:
β³ Own the full enterprise sales cycle β from self-sourced outbound to close
β³ Target companies with 2,000+ employees across the UK & Europe
β³ Navigate 3β12 month cycles with six- to seven-figure deal sizes
β³ Sell to multi-stakeholder teams: CX, engineering, legal, product & security
β³ Use MEDPIC methodology to manage and forecast in Salesforce
β³ Become the go-to expert on our new AI agent product
Compensation:
β³ Base: £115K β £120K
β³ OTE: £230K β £240K (50/50 split)
β³ 30% accelerator on self-sourced deals | 70% on company-sourced
β³ Uncapped commissions + competitive equity
β What we're looking for:
β³ 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
β³ Consistent track record of exceeding $1M+ quotas
β³ Comfortable selling to technical buyers
β³ True hunter mentality β self-sourcing 80%+ of your pipeline
