The Role: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Truss Designer to join our growing technical team. You will be responsible for producing accurate and efficient roof truss and floor joist designs using specialist software, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing detailed roof truss and joist layout designs using CAD-based software
- Interpreting architectural and structural drawings
- Working closely with engineers, production teams, and customers to deliver practical solutions
- Ensuring all designs comply with building regulations and industry standards
- Providing technical support and advice to internal teams and customers
- Managing multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
Ideal Candidate:
