The Role: The position primarily involves delivering and collecting hire equipment to and from customer sites in a professional and timely manner. Once deliveries and collections are complete, the candidate will return to the branch to support the wider team with day-to-day operations. This may include cleaning, testing, and preparing equipment to ensure it is safe and ready for hire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and collect equipment in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Demonstrate equipment to customers, providing clear and accurate operating instructions.
  • Assist with branch operations, including equipment cleaning, testing, and preparation.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, service, and professionalism at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the branch.
