Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Doctor\’s Receptionist located in Harlow. The Doctor\’s Receptionist will be responsible for managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, greeting patients, and performing various clerical tasks. Additional duties include maintaining patient records, ensuring the reception area is organized, and providing excellent customer service to all visitors.
