We seek an inspiring and versatile leader to join the Senior Leadership Team as Assistant Head Co‑Curricular & Partnerships. The postholder will have strategic and operational responsibility for the school’s academic and co‑curricular enrichment provision, educational visits and outward‑facing partnerships, ensuring enrichment is purposeful, inclusive, ambitious and central to pupils’ intellectual, personal and moral development.
The role focuses on broadening participation for all in areas beyond the curriculum, with autonomy and ownership of dynamic cross‑curricular opportunities across the Senior School, driving forward our highly valued eco commitment. Creativity flows through our school and the Assistant Head will enhance enrichment with fresh and innovative ideas, supporting our inclusive approach to educating pupils to be real‑world ready through the holistic development of human skills alongside an outstanding academic foundation.
