Contexte client : Tu rejoins un acteur international du secteur transport & services engagé dans une transformation majeure de ses infrastructures. L’entreprise modernise l’ensemble de ses environnements OnPrem, restructure ses datacenters et prépare l’intégration technologique de nouveaux sites et navires.
Dans ce contexte, tu interviens comme Architecte Infrastructure pour concevoir, piloter et sécuriser la refonte globale des infrastructures :
- Rationalisation des datacenters
- Fin de vie d’anciennes solutions
- Montée en robustesse
- Continuité d’activité
- Intégration réseau/multisites
- Accompagnement des Ă©quipes internes
Tu auras pour missions de :
- Concevoir l’architecture cible pour les infrastructures OnPrem et les deux datacenters.
- Piloter l’abandon d’un datacenter et la rationalisation du modèle 2x2.
- Préparer la sortie des solutions en fin de vie, dont DELL Vplex, et proposer une trajectoire réaliste.
- Apporter ton expertise sur les environnements virtualisés multi-hyperviseurs, notamment VMware.
- Garantir une architecture de stockage solide : Fibre Channel, iSCSI, PRA, gestion BDD.
- Coordonner les impacts liés aux déménagements de DC et aux migrations critiques.
- Concevoir les architectures réseaux liées à la transformation globale.
- Évaluer les options techniques et budgétaires, construire des scénarios et argumenter les choix.
- Accompagner les Ă©quipes avec un discours clair de change management.
- Travailler avec les DBA autour des socles SQL Server et PostgreSQL.
Stack technique : Mware, Hyperviseurs, DELL Vplex, Stockage Fibre Channel, iSCSI, Protocoles de baies FC, PRA, OnPrem, Mobilité inter-Datacenter, LAN/WAN, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Citrix...

- Une expérience confirmée en architecture infrastructure au sein d’environnements complexes.
- Une maîtrise solide des sujets datacenter, stockage, virtualisation et réseaux, avec une vraie aisance sur les architectures OnPrem.
- Une bonne compréhension des enjeux de continuité de service, de PRA et d’intégration multisite.
- Un anglais opérationnel pour évoluer sereinement dans un contexte international.
- Une appétence pour le terrain et une disponibilité pour te déplacer ponctuellement sur Rennes, Roscoff et Plymouth.
