- Lead TMS implementation and treasury automation initiatives
- Manage banking relationships, ABL revolver reporting, covenant compliance, and financing strategy
- Operate in a true global role supporting business activity around the clock across multiple time zones
Candidate Profile:
- Deep treasury expertise in a multi-entity, international environment
- Experience with liquidity, FX, debt facilities, banking relationships, and treasury controls
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to influence and work cross-functionally across Finance, Tax, Accounting, Operations, and Sales
- Passion for building scalable processes and improving how treasury supports a growing business
Why This Role Matters:
This is an opportunity to build, influence, and create lasting impact in a rapidly growing global organization where treasury is a strategic function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field required; MBA, CPA, CFA, CTP, or other relevant treasury, finance, or accounting credential preferred.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive treasury, corporate finance, banking, capital markets, or related finance experience, including demonstrated responsibility for global cash management, liquidity planning, debt facilities, and financial risk management.
- Experience managing treasury operations in a multi-entity, multi-currency, global business environment, including cash positioning, cash forecasting, intercompany settlements, in-house bank structures, bank account administration, and cross-border funding.
- Strong knowledge of asset-based lending facilities, borrowing base calculations, revolver availability, covenant compliance, lender reporting, credit agreements, and related treasury controls.
- Demonstrated experience identifying foreign currency exposures, developing and executing FX hedging strategies, using forward contracts or other approved instruments, and preparing related reporting, documentation, and variance analysis.
- Experience selecting, implementing, optimizing, or administering treasury management systems, bank connectivity, treasury workstations, ERP treasury modules, payment platforms, cash reporting tools, or related automation solutions.
