The Complex Care Support Worker is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. Responsibilities include providing person-centred support tailored to the unique needs of individuals, assisting with personal care, administering medication, supporting with mobility and rehabilitation, offering companionship, and ensuring the safety and well-being of clients in their home or supported environment. The role also involves collaborating with families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to deliver the highest standard of care.
You will support individuals requiring enhanced levels of care, including:
- 1:1, 2:1, 3:1 and 4:1 specialist support packages
- Mental health and emotional regulation support
- Autism and learning disability support
- High-risk and crisis intervention placements
- Community and home-based care
- Personal care and medication support
- Mobility assistance and hoisting
- Observation and safeguarding duties
- Detailed record keeping and care documentation
You will work alongside experienced care professionals and trained staff teams to deliver safe, structured and dignified support within regulated care environments.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 6 months' care or support experience preferred
- Experience in complex care, supported living or mental health settings is desirable
- Confidence working within challenging environments
- Calm, professional and reliable approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Drivers preferred but not essential
- Flexibility for days, nights and weekend shifts
