About the Role:
We are looking to strengthen our client’s Construction team with an experienced Site Manager, to be based within the Thames Water region. Reporting directly to the Programme Manager/Senior Project Manager, you will lead the site team in coordinating the safe management of all operational activities across projects, ensuring compliance with HSQE, programme, and budget requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all works are conducted with consideration for local communities and the travelling public.
- Manage, supervise, and mentor the site team effectively.
- Promote cost-conscious management and efficient use of all resources.
- Prepare, review, and update realistic project programmes.
- Develop and brief method statements and risk assessments, ensuring they remain current.
- Ensure timely submission of “as-constructed” records to the CDMC for inclusion in the Health and Safety File upon project completion.
- Attend all training related to Site Management duties, including appointed person and temporary works as required.

- Qualifications: Recognised Civil Engineering/Site Management certifications.
- Health & Safety: IOSH or Construction Managers Safety Certificate, CSCS Site Manager (minimum), and First Aid at Work.
