Quality Engineer The Opportunity We are seeking a meticulous Quality Engineer to oversee and elevate the production standards of our high-performance craft. In this role, you will implement quality assurance frameworks across both standard assembly and bespoke, semi-custom builds. You will work directly with production and engineering teams to ensure every vessel meets strict premium standards. Key Responsibilities * Establish, maintain, and audit quality management processes across the production facility. * Conduct detailed inspections of incoming components, in-process assemblies, and finished vessels. * Lead root-cause analysis investigations for any build non-conformances and implement corrective actions. * Collaborate with the purchasing team to evaluate supplier quality performance. * Maintain accurate quality documentation, technical reports, and compliance records.
