As part of a small team, you will receive support from industry veterans who have scaled unicorns, providing a unique platform to rapidly accelerate your career, partnering with enviable AI labs to introduce outstanding Engineers internationally. We are able to support 180 and 360 Consultants; our focus is on density of impact, and our client base is continuously expanding. We're currently considering early, mid and senior career professionals.

You must be based in or around London, and prepared to spend at least 3 days in a Central London office each week. This role carries an ongoing sales/revenue target, with a generous commission scheme for top performers.

Requirements
  • Solid experience hiring engineering talent of the highest standards, ideally for AI-focused clients, in an agency environment.
  • Track record of consistent billing performance (at least £200k+ PA for mid-career; flexible on experience).
  • AI Native - you practically live inside ChatGPT (et al) today, using it daily to make yourself smarter and faster.
  • Relentlessly driven - demonstrable competitive history of playing to win and accomplish things.
  • Natural negotiator - things tend to go the way you think, or the way you want.
  • Calm confidence - you approach new or challenging situations with courage.
  • Money motivated - unapologetically!
  • Grit - when the going gets tough, you double down and keep on going.
