Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced and dedicated Metalwork Supervisor to join our team. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and manage the metalwork team to ensure high-quality production and adherence to safety standards. * Oversee the installation, fabrication, and maintenance of metal structures and components on construction sites. * Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and regulations. * Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality and safety standards are met. * Monitor and control material usage, ensuring cost-efficiency. * Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to metalwork installation or fabrication. * Maintain accurate records of work progress and daily reports. * Foster a positive, productive work environment that promotes teamwork, safety, and compliance. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Metalwork Supervisor in the construction industry. * Strong knowledge of metalwork techniques, materials, and safety regulations. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Experience with welding, fabrication, and installation processes. * CSCS card and relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2/3 in Metalwork). * Full driving license (preferred)
