Role Overview

The Account Manager is responsible for managing existing corporate accounts while developing new business opportunities with sites and venues. The role ensures that all machines and equipment sited are commercially viable for both the customer and the company through regular performance reviews, income analysis, proactive account management and site visits.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with corporate accounts.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities with sites and venues.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews to ensure all machines and installations remain commercially viable.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, landlords, and venue staff via phone, email, and in-person visits.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and apply strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Attend customer meetings to review account performance as required.
  • Complete site visits and surveys with all necessary tools and documentation.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with other internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Complete required management tasks as required by customers and the business.

Additional Information

This job description is not exhaustive and may be amended in line with business requirements. A full driving licence and regular travel are essential for this role. Industry knowledge is desirable, particularly experience in collections. The role requires availability during standard working hours; however, flexibility is essential, as working times may vary according to customer needs.

System Knowledge

Knowledge of our internal management application. Training can be provided. Knowledge of Microsoft office products especially Outlook, Excel and Word are essential.
