We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Education Consultant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will provide expert advice to students and families on educational pathways, school or university applications, and academic planning. You will play a critical role in guiding students toward their goals, ensuring a personalized, supportive, and results-driven consulting experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Education consultant team
- Conduct consultations with students and parents to understand academic needs, goals, and preferences.
- Provide tailored recommendations for schools, universities, and academic programs (e.g., IGCSE, IB, A-Levels, AP, university prep).
- Assist students with application processes, including school selection, admissions strategy, personal statements, and interview preparation.
- Track application timelines and ensure submission of all required documents.
- Stay up-to-date on international education trends, admission requirements, and visa policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, families, and partner institutions.
- Collaborate with internal academic staff, tutors, and management to develop comprehensive education plans.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, and workshops as a representative of the company.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of international curricula and global education systems (especially UK, US, Singapore, or Australia).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with families.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple applications and deadlines.
- Fluency in English; bilingual in another language is a strong advantage.
