The Role
As Branch Manager, you will lead a dynamic team across industrial, driving, and care sectors, ensuring high performance, strong client relationships, and continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure service excellence
- Manage and grow key client relationships
- Drive revenue, performance targets, and strategic growth
- Maintain high standards across multiple recruitment sectors

Essential Skills and Experience

- Demonstrated sales ability with a track record of achieving targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
