Salary & Package – Clear Progression:
- Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)
- Basic Salary: £28,000, increasing to £29,000 after 12 months
- First-Year Earning Potential: £30,000 – £31,000 including commission
- Full training and support provided
- Experienced Recruitment Consultant
- £29,000 - £30,500 basic salary dependent on experience
- OTE: £32,000 – £35,000
- Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Basic Salary: £33,500
- Commission/OTE: £37,000 – £39,000
- Car Allowance: £400 per month, or option of a company car
About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face visits
- Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)
- Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support
