Salary & Package – Clear Progression:
- Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience)
- Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
- First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
- Full training and support provided
- Experienced Recruitment Consultant
- 12 months’ experience: £28,000 - £29,500 basic salary dependent on experience
- OTE: £31,000 – £34,000
- Senior Recruitment Consultant
- Base Salary: £32,500
- Commission/OTE: £36,000 – £38,000
- Car Allowance: £400 per month, or option of a company car
About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle from business development to candidate placement
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face visits
- Mentor and support junior consultants (Senior role)
- Work towards achievable performance and sales targets with full support

Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break). Office based role. A full current driving licence is required.
