Salary & Package:
- Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (No Experience Needed)
- Basic Salary: £27,000, increasing to £28,000 after 12 months
- First-Year Earning Potential: £29,000 – £30,000 including commission
- 12 months+ experience: £28,000-£29,500 basic salary dependent on experience
- OTE: £31,000 – £34,000 including commission
About the Role:
- Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
- Build strong, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Identify and win new business through sales calls and face-to-face client visits
- Source, interview and match candidates to suitable roles
- Work towards achievable sales and performance targets with full support and training

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM (1 hour lunch break). Office based role. A full current driving licence is required for client visits.
