-The role will be mainly based on the shop floor engaging with managers and focused heavily on temp engagement, including welfare and performance management discussions.
Your Key Responsibilities✅
- Onsite Management & Temporary Worker Welfare– Oversee temporary workers onsite, ensure smooth payroll processing, resolve queries, and provide coaching/support
- Client Relationship Management– Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Candidate Selection & Placement– Identify, assess, and match temporary workers to client requirements
- Delivering High-Quality Service– Uphold company values and maintain service excellence

Hours:
40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with an hours lunch break.
