Join The Best Connection's expanding marketing team to support multi-channel marketing activities aimed at driving business growth, candidate attraction, and brand engagement. This role is being offered as a 3-month contract.

Package

  • Salary: £26,325 per annum

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage social media plans to enhance brand visibility.
  • Create engaging posts, digital content, and marketing collateral.
  • Analyse and report on social media metrics.
  • Manage digital reviews and responses for clients and candidates.
  • Provide social media support to branches and oversee account settings.
  • Create branded graphics and videos, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Conduct competitor reviews and monitor marketing performance.
  • Assist in general marketing tasks as needed.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • Strong written communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.), scheduling tools, and analytics.
  • Experience with MS Office and digital tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM).

Desirable Skills:

  • Recruitment industry marketing experience.
  • Graphic design and Adobe proficiency.
