Salary: £25,000–£27,000 depending on experience and/or qualifications

The Best Connection Group Limited is looking for a highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our established team in Bromsgrove.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our facilities department and helping to manage a portfolio of around 90 properties across the UK.
You’ll be someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in providing excellent customer service and can confidently juggle competing priorities in a busy environment.
🔧 What will you be doing?
As a Facilities Coordinator, you’ll help ensure our properties, systems and processes operate effectively every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Facilities department with the management of our UK property portfolio
- Responding to property-related queries and ensuring they receive appropriate, timely action
- Helping to ensure facilities requirements and processes are managed effectively
- Communicating with colleagues, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Prioritising tasks and managing multiple requests efficiently
- Providing a high standard of customer service across the business
⭐ What we're looking for
Essential:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong IT skills, including standard Microsoft Office applications or equivalent
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise effectively
- The ability to remain calm and work effectively under pressure
Desirable:
- Previous experience within a facilities or property department
- Full UK driving licence

1-hour lunch break each day
