DAS ERWARTET SIE
- Sie bedienen und kontrollieren technische Anlagen (HKLS, Energietechnik usw.) und Systeme wie z. B. BMA Störmeldungen und deren Weiterleitung.
- Sie nehmen an und beheben diese selbstständig.
- Sie koordinieren Einsätze zwischen Betriebsschutz/Pforte, Feuerwehr, Polizei, Notarzt und SWR-Rettungsteam.
- Das Programmieren von GLT-Systemen und Erstellen von Anlagenschemata gehört zu Ihren Aufgaben.
- Im Bereich des Gebäudemanagements sind Sie z. B. für Instandhaltungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten während des Tagdienstes und nach Bedarf im Schichtbetrieb zuständig.
- Sie übernehmen betrieblich notwendige Funktionen wie z. B. Aufzugswärterdienst im Rahmen der Betreiberverantwortung.
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Elektriker*in, Industrieelektriker*in, Elektroniker*in für Energie u. Gebäudetechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, gerne auch Berufsanfänger mit großer Bereitschaft zum Lernen.
- Die Fähigkeit, Situationen schnell einzuschätzen sowie zielorientiertes und wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln bringen Sie mit.
- Sie sind belastbar und können Arbeiten auf Leitern sowie in räumlich engen Anlagenteilen durchführen.
- Sie sind ein kommunikativer Teamplayer und bereit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
- Die Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb auch an Wochenenden ist für Sie kein Problem.
- Führerschein der Klasse B und Bereitschaft Dienstfahrten durchzuführen.
