DAS ERWARTET DICH
- Du konzipierst und organisierst eigenverantwortlich Events sowie (Wissens-)Veranstaltungen für das funk-Netzwerk und für die Zielgruppe der 14- bis 29-Jährigen von internen Netzwerk-Events bis externen Community-Treffen.
- Zu den funk-Kooperationspartner*innen pflegst Du die Kontakte und Du hast Ideen, wie man funk-Köpfe und funk-Mitarbeitende sinnvoll und markenrelevant auf Veranstaltungen präsentiert.
- Du verfasst Pressemeldungen für funk und die Formate, unterstützt bei der allgemeinen Pressearbeit und lieferst inhaltlichen Input zu den Events für die funk-Newsletter.
- Du koordinierst branchenrelevante Medien-Preiseinreichungen von der Einreichung bis zur Kommunikation.
- Du kümmerst Dich um Bestellungen von Merchandise-Produkten für funk und die Formate.
- Du beantwortest Anfragen von Pressevertreter*innen und Nutzer*innen.
DAS BRINGST DU MIT
- Du hast eine angeschlossene Ausbildung, idealerweise ein Studium, vorzugsweise mit Berufserfahrung im Bereich Events oder Unternehmenskommunikation.
- Du behältst auch in Stresssituationen einen kühlen Kopf.
- In die Lebenswelt der 14- bis 29-Jährigen kannst Du Dich hineindenken und hast Kenntnisse im Bereich Webvideo und digitale Plattformen.
- Du beweist ein sicheres Verhandlungsgeschick bei externen Partner*innen und beim kostenbewussten Budgeteinsatz.
- Du kannst Dich gut ausdrücken und hast ein Gespür für Storytelling.
