DAS ERWARTET SIE
- Erledigung sämtlicher im Zusammenhang mit der Betreuung aller Studio- und Bürogebäude und deren Umgebung anfallenden Tätigkeiten
- Selbstständiges Ausführen von praktischen, technischen und handwerklichen Arbeiten und Reparaturen
- Anforderung von Fremdfirmen und Überwachung der Arbeiten im Rahmen kleinerer Umbaumaßnahmen
- Unterstützung im Winterdienst und bei Reinigungsarbeiten im Außenbereich
- Bereitschaft zur Mitwirkung beim Ticketsystem der Hauptabteilung Service und Gebäudemanagement
- Vorbereitung und Ausführung bei Sonderarbeiten, wie z. B. Umzügen, Inventarveränderungen, Sitzungen, öffentlichen Veranstaltungen u. a.
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Abgeschlossene mehrjährige handwerkliche Berufsausbildung, vorzugsweise im Elektro‑ und / oder Versorgungstechnikbereich
- Technisches Verständnis, gerne auch in Mess- und Regelungstechnik
- Fähigkeit, Situationen schnell einzuschätzen und zielorientiert zu denken und zu handeln
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Fähigkeit, Arbeiten auf Leitern auszuführen sowie schwere Lasten heben und tragen zu können
