Develop clear, compelling bid strategies aligned to commissioner priorities, evaluation criteria, and procurement rules. Translate complex clinical, technical, and AI-enabled propositions into persuasive, compliant responses. Ensure bids clearly articulate value around outcomes, waiting list reduction, cost-effectiveness, equity, and NHS transformation priorities.
- Writing & Content Ownership: Take primary responsibility for writing and editing high-quality tender responses, including: Service delivery models, Clinical pathways, Digital and AI-enabled care approaches, Outcomes, evidence, and evaluation & implementation, mobilisation, and governance. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical, Product, Regulatory, Operations, Finance, and Commercial teams to gather inputs and shape winning submissions. Facilitate bid kick-offs, content reviews, and sign-off processes. Coordinate contributions from multiple stakeholders while maintaining ownership of the final narrative.
- Governance, Quality & Continuous Improvement: Manage bid timelines, inputs, and internal approvals to ensure on-time, high-quality submissions.
