We are looking for SIA-badged security officers to join our team! Sword is a Recognised Service Provider proudly working with the Living Wage Foundation to promote the Real Living Wage. We believe in paying a good wage to our staff, who carry out vital work for many organisations. The hourly rate for security officers is £15.00, which includes Holiday Pay.

IMPORTANT: due to the nature of the events industry, the contract we are offering is a flexible contract. We cannot guarantee you will work the same number of hours every month, as some months are busier than others. Please bear this in mind.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services
  • Provide information and direction to customers
  • Comply with the instructions of your manager
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • You must have a valid SIA license - Door Supervisor Licence
  • Checkable 5 year work/study history (6 Weeks probation period)
  • You must be aged 18 or older
  • A positive and energetic approach to your job
  • Must be willing to work as part of a team
  • Ability to be on your feet for an extended period
  • Excellent communication skills and a smile!
