We are looking for staff, particularly for the Summer and Winter 2026 event season! This will include concerts and sport events based in and around Cardiff, and working alongside Transport For Wales.

Sword is a Recognised Service Provider proudly working with the Living Wage Foundation to promote the Real Living Wage. We believe in paying a good wage to our staff, who carry out vital work for many organisations. The hourly rate for an Event Steward role is £14.25, including Holiday Pay.
IMPORTANT: due to the nature of the events industry, the contract we are offering is a fixed-term contract. We cannot guarantee you will work the same number of hours every month, as some months are busier than others. Please bear this in mind.
Responsibilities- Work alongside our operations team to deliver excellent customer care services
- Provide information and direction to customers
- Comply with the instructions of your manager
- Ensure compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
- You must be aged 18 or older
- A positive and energetic approach to your job
- Must be willing to work as part of a team
- Ability to be on your feet for an extended period
