- Lead and grow a high-performing product team, providing clear direction, mentoring, and accountability.
- Collaborate closely with clinical experts (Doctors of Physical Therapy, Nurse Practitioners, OB-GYNs and Medical Doctors), design, engineering, marketing, and member support to bring innovative and effective health solutions to market.
- Use data, research, and feedback from users, clinicians, and other stakeholders to inform product decisions and continuously improve the user experience.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance considerations are embedded in product development from day one.
- Build, measure, and optimize product performance metrics, including engagement, retention, and health outcomes.
- Represent the voice of the user — clinicians and patients — in strategic decision-making and cross-functional discussions.
- Create a world-class discovery and experimentation machine: fast iteration cycles, clear hypotheses, instrumented measurement, and decision velocity without compromising safety.
What you need to have:
- 8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong track record of shipping and scaling B2C digital products, ideally in health, wellness, or a clinical setting.
- Deep understanding of product strategy, customer development, and agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and lead through influence.
- Experience working with regulated products or in a highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, fintech).
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Exceptional communication skills—able to articulate product decisions to technical, clinical, and executive audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and constant change.
What we would love to see:
- Experience building products with measurable clinical outcomes or working alongside clinical teams (e.g., physicians, therapists, nurses).
- Proofs of creativity.
- Prior startup or high-growth company experience.
- Technical literacy or background—able to engage deeply with engineering teams.
- Passion for improving health and empathy for patients and users navigating clinical journeys.
- Experience in US healthcare tech products.
