Responsibilities:

  1. Process client data arriving in multiple formats, including Excel, Access, and SQL databases, ensuring it\’s structured and ready for use. Manage the first phase of data cleansing to prepare project teams for seamless execution.
  2. Use SQL Server tools (such as SSIS and SSRS) to import, organize, and validate large data sets, ensuring data accuracy and optimization for engineering applications.
  3. Create streamlined, consistent processes for data import/export, enabling clients to access real-time insights across their systems.
  4. Collaborate with project teams to resolve data-related issues, developing innovative solutions for data challenges and contributing to process improvements.
  5. Maintain accuracy in data manipulation, follow quality standards, and document procedures to establish best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proficient in SQL and working with SQL Server (knowledge of SSIS, SSRS is a plus).
  • Skilled in data handling tools like Excel and Access, adaptable to various data formats.
  • Experience with engineering data or technical documents is a plus but not essential; training will be provided.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and committed to accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for collaboration with teams and clients.
