About the Role:

  • Managing shared mailboxes
  • Maintaining efficient and streamlined admin processes
  • Managing the end‑to‑end order process from quote to delivery and invoicing
  • Using vendor portals to place orders, track updates, and obtain invoices
  • Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and distributors
  • Ensuring SLAs and contract terms are met
  • Keeping the sales team and customers updated on order progress
  • Supporting the Team Leader with escalated queries
  • Identifying and supporting improvements to sales admin processes
  • Supporting the wider Sales team
