About The Role
Acting as the central planning authority, you will work closely with stakeholders to translate evolving inputs into structured, achievable plans that support effective governance and confident decision‑making.
- Identify and manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and assumptions
- Act as the central focal point for all programme planning activity
- Keep plans accurate and up to date as delivery progresses and inputs evolve
- Support programme governance and reporting with clear planning artefacts
- Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to ensure plans are understood, owned, and achievable
Requirements
- Proven experience in a PMO, Project or Programme Planning role.
- Experience working in complex, multi‑workstream programmes.
- Ability to turn discovery outputs into clear, structured delivery plans.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail with a practical, delivery‑focused mindset.
- Experience in application or technology‑led programmes is desirable.
