We have a passion for using technology to solve business problems, working in partnership with our clients to help in achieving their goals.

About the role:

We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Enablement Consultant to support the rollout and adoption of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities across a major energy organisation. This role sits at the intersection of technology, enablement, and business transformation. You’ll work directly with users across the business to help them confidently adopt new AI-powered tools and build practical solutions using Copilot Studio and the wider Power Platform ecosystem. You’ll combine hands-on technical capability with coaching and enablement, helping teams understand how to create value through automation and AI while ensuring solutions align with governance and platform standards. This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, delivering training, supporting adoption initiatives, and helping establish scalable self-service capabilities across the organisation.

As a Microsoft Copilot Enablement Consultant, you will:

  • Support the adoption and enablement of Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform capabilities across the business.
  • Deliver workshops, one-to-one coaching sessions, and hands-on support to users with varying technical experience.
  • Empower business users to create and manage custom AI agents and automations using Copilot Studio.
  • Create user guides, how-to documentation, and reusable learning materials to support self-service adoption.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes.
  • Support governance and visibility initiatives by maintaining and updating Power Platform inventory and monitoring tools.
  • Promote best practices around platform usage, environments, and solution lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Help establish scalable ways of working that encourage safe, effective, and sustainable adoption of AI-powered capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Exposure to Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or related Microsoft AI capabilities.
  • Experience delivering user training, onboarding, workshops, or coaching sessions.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with non-technical users.
  • Experience supporting technology adoption, enablement, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of governance, environment management, or Centre of Excellence (CoE) approaches within Power Platform.
  • Ability to simplify technical concepts and communicate them clearly to different audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

It would be great if you also had:

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 or Power Platform rollouts.
  • Knowledge of Power Platform governance and monitoring tools.
  • Experience working within energy, utilities, engineering, or regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with low-code solution design and automation best practices.
  • Experience creating scalable enablement or learning content.
