Working as an Information Management Analyst, you will support a key client by enabling effective access, governance, and use of information across the organisation. You will play a pivotal role within the Information Management team, collaborating with project teams, operations, and digital specialists to embed standardised, compliant, and efficient ways of working. Acting as a focal point between delivery teams and Risk & Assurance, you will help ensure information is managed effectively across its lifecycle. This role combines operational delivery, governance, and digital enablement - supporting enterprise document management platforms, improving data quality, and enhancing how information is structured, accessed, and used to support decision-making.
As the Information Management Analyst, you will:
- Provide operational support for enterprise document management systems (e.g. Assai, Controlled Library, SharePoint-based platforms)
- Support document control practices including metadata, classification, and lifecycle management
- Assist with migrations from legacy systems and shared drives into approved enterprise platforms
- Identify and remediate duplicate, obsolete, or non-compliant content
- Apply and reinforce Information Management standards, governance, and procedures
- Support audits, reporting, and health checks of IM practices
- Act as a point of contact for IM queries, providing guidance and user support
- Support training delivery, user guides, and adoption activities to drive engagement
- Contribute to IMaaS delivery activities, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in Information Management, Document Control (ideally Assai), or Digital Operations roles
- Understanding of document management principles and information governance
- Experience supporting enterprise digital platforms (e.g. EDMS, SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a service-based environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working with sensitive data within GDPR frameworks
Desirable
- Experience with Assai, Renewables Controlled Library, or similar EDMS platforms
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
- Experience within renewables, engineering, or asset-based environments
- Experience supporting system rollouts, enhancements, or data/content migrations
- Understanding of information risk, audit, or regulatory environments
