Acting as a focal point between delivery teams and Risk & Assurance, you will help ensure information is managed effectively across its lifecycle. This role combines operational delivery, governance, and digital enablement - supporting enterprise document management platforms, improving data quality, and enhancing how information is structured, accessed, and used to support decision-making.

As the Information Management Analyst, you will:

  • Support document control practices including metadata, classification, and lifecycle management
  • Assist with migrations from legacy systems and shared drives into approved enterprise platforms
  • Identify and remediate duplicate, obsolete, or non-compliant content
  • Apply and reinforce Information Management standards, governance, and procedures
  • Support audits, reporting, and health checks of IM practices
  • Act as a point of contact for IM queries, providing guidance and user support
  • Support training delivery, user guides, and adoption activities to drive engagement
  • Contribute to IMaaS delivery activities, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Information Management, Document Control (ideally Assai), or Digital Operations roles
  • Understanding of document management principles and information governance
  • Experience supporting enterprise digital platforms (e.g. EDMS, SharePoint, Microsoft 365)
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities within a service-based environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working with sensitive data within GDPR frameworks

Desirable:

  • Experience with Assai, Renewables Controlled Library, or similar EDMS platforms
  • Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
  • Experience within renewables, engineering, or asset-based environments
  • Experience supporting system rollouts, enhancements, or data/content migrations
  • Understanding of information risk, audit, or regulatory environments

Benefits:

  • Personalised Career Development: We create a development plan customised to your goals and aspirations, with a range of learning and development opportunities within a culture that encourages growth.
  • Flexible working: Flexible work arrangements to support your work-life balance. We can't promise to always be able to meet every request, however, are keen to discuss your individual preferences to make it work where we can.
  • A Fantastic Benefits Package: This includes generous annual leave allowance, enhanced family friendly benefits, pension scheme, access to private health, well-being, and insurance schemes, an employee assistance programme, discounted cash plan and more.
