We have an ongoing contract opportunity for an experienced SAP Success Factor HRIS Consultant who will strengthen the systems and processes that underpin the employee experience and HR operations for our Energy sector partner. You will work closely with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, contributing to system improvement, governance, and the ongoing evolution of HR technology capabilities across the business.
Responsibilities
- Enhance and continuously improve HRIS functionality, self-service tools, upgrades, and new features.
- Partner with senior HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align HR systems with enterprise needs.
- Support HRIS projects and systems integrations, including planning, communication, and change management.
- Ensure compliance, security, permissions, data protection, system monitoring, and documentation.
- Contribute to building HRIS capability across the global HR team.
- Manage and update system configurations to reflect business process, organisational, and compliance changes.
- Define business requirements and oversee service providers maintaining SuccessFactors business rules and automation.
- Configure and maintain picklists, foundation objects, and other core SuccessFactors master data.
- Design and manage approval workflows integrated with broader HR processes and organisational policies.
Requirements
- Experience in an HRIS support role, including process development.
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience, with expert proficiency in SuccessFactors.
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data management and reporting.
- Experience working in oil and gas or a similarly complex, regulated environment.
- Degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- An HR certification is a plus.
Benefits
This opportunity will be offered on a contract basis and will be based on-site with our London based Energy sector partner, 3 days per week with the ability to work remotely for the remaining 2 days per week.
