  • Help to monitor application performance, data flows, and system reliability
  • Support application interoperability and integrations across multiple systems
  • Produce and maintain reports and support operational data needs
  • Collaborate with colleagues across technical and non-technical teams
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and learn new technologies as part of the role

Requirements:

  • Some experience or exposure to application support, systems support, or a related technical role
  • Exposure to PI systems (e.g. through a first role, placement, or graduate programme)
  • Basic knowledge of databases such as SQL and/or Oracle
  • An interest in how applications integrate, share data, and support operational systems
  • Exposure to Bazefield or similar energy/operational systems would be beneficial, but is not required and can be learned in role
  • Comfortable working with vendors and stakeholders in a professional environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A proactive approach and willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with Agile or DevOps ways of working is beneficial
