About the Role: As the SharePoint Developer, you will design, build, and support modern Microsoft 365 solutions that improve collaboration, streamline processes, and strengthen information management. You will take ownership of developing SharePoint Online sites, structured document libraries, and automated workflows, using Power Apps and Power Automate to extend platform capabilities. This is a hands-on delivery role where you will work closely with business users to understand their needs and translate them into practical, user-friendly solutions.
As the SharePoint Developer, you will:
- Design and build SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, metadata structures, and permission models.
- Develop custom SharePoint forms and lightweight applications using Power Apps.
- Create and maintain Power Automate workflows to support approvals and process automation.
- Support the migration, clean-up, and restructuring of SharePoint content using tools such as ShareGate.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Provide user support and troubleshooting across SharePoint and Power Platform solutions.
- Maintain clear documentation to support adoption and ongoing maintenance.
- Ensure solutions align with governance, security, and information management best practice.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and continuously improve user experience.

Requirements: We're looking for a hands-on Microsoft 365 professional who enjoys building solutions and supporting users in a collaborative environment. You'll bring many of the following:
- Strong experience with SharePoint Online in enterprise environments.
- Good understanding of SharePoint metadata, permissions, and document management structures.
- Practical experience building solutions with Power Apps.
- Experience creating workflows using Power Automate.
- Experience using ShareGate or similar tools for SharePoint migration and content management.
- Confidence supporting business users and explaining technical concepts clearly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience working in delivery-focused or stakeholder-facing environments.
