PMO Analyst in Glasgow

Responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling, including defining the project.
• Support the development of detailed project plans and track and monitor project progress.
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
• Ensure project standards and methodologies are implemented and followed.
• Identify and monitor project risks and implement relevant mitigations.
• Create and maintain project documentation and plans, prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Provide financial tracking and analysis, including budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders remain on track with project requirements and deadlines.
• Provide analytical support for project tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinate and attend project meetings, minutes and action trackers.
• Ensure compliance with company management standards.
• Ensure governance documentation is up to date and implemented across project teams.
• Support project resource allocation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role.
• Financial tracking and analysis.
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
• Organisational and time management skills.
• Experience of risk and mitigation processes.
• Knowledge of change management processes.
• Experience of facilitating meetings and workshops.
• Experience of managing and implementing governance across projects.
• Stakeholder management experience.
• Cyber experience desirable but not a necessity.
