Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and scheduling, including defining the project.
- Support the development of detailed project plans and track and monitor project progress.
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments and progress.
- Ensure project standards and methodologies are implemented and followed.
- Identify and monitor project risks and implement relevant mitigations.
- Create and maintain project documentation and plans, prepare project status reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Provide financial tracking and analysis, including budgets and forecasts.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure all stakeholders remain on track with project requirements and deadlines.
- Provide analytical support for project tasks and deliverables.
- Coordinate and attend project meetings, minutes and action trackers.
- Ensure compliance with company management standards.
- Ensure governance documentation is up to date and implemented across project teams.
- Support project resource allocation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or similar role.
- Financial tracking and analysis.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Organisational and time management skills.
- Experience of risk and mitigation processes.
- Knowledge of change management processes.
- Experience of facilitating meetings and workshops.
- Experience of managing and implementing governance across projects.
- Stakeholder management experience.
