Requirements- Providing remote and face to face support to customers in a professional, knowledgeable manner.
- Experience delivering services and support in off-shore settings and holding relevant H&S certifications.
- Ensuring that incidents and support requests are responded to in a timely manner and all escalations are logged and assigned to the correct team.
- Working in conjunction with other IT teams and the business to ensure the successful resolution of any desktop related issues.
- Previous experience in end-user computing (EUC) or desktop support roles, either in office-based or field-based settings.
- Experience working across multiple sites or customer environments is helpful.
- A customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
