We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Change Analyst to support our client's Change team and Managers across a range of transformation programmes. In this role, you will contribute to the development, planning, logistics, and embedding of changes being delivered across the organisation. You will play a key part in identifying change impacts, preparing and designing supporting materials, and helping to deliver the communications and activities needed to drive successful adoption of new systems and ways of working. This role is critical in ensuring that change is understood, well-supported, and sustainably embedded.
As a Change Analyst, You Will:
- Manage and support change activities aligned with customer strategies.
- Develop and deliver engaging communication campaigns tailored to diverse audiences.
- Identify key business impacts of change and work with stakeholders to manage them effectively.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth adoption of new tools and processes.
- Design training content and learning paths to support capability building.
- Conduct change impact assessments and support end-user adoption activities.
- Measure and track adoption, proficiency and business readiness.
- Monitor effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust approaches where needed.
- Report on change adoption progress, risks, issues and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Stream, Yammer, Viva Engage, SharePoint etc.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to take information and create visuals that bring this to life.
- Excellent organisational skills and detail-oriented.
- Analytical skills.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
- Familiar with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project.
- Experience as a Change & Adoption Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR methodology and the change management strategy.
