About the Role:
As a Data Assembler, you will join our dedicated team responsible for compiling and structuring vital data that our clients rely on for their operational decision-making. Your role will involve collecting, inputting, and organizing data from various sources to create accurate datasets that support business functions.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for recent graduates or those early in their career looking to develop their expertise in data management and assembly.
Please note – This is a full-time position based entirely on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and input data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.
- Maintain database systems and ensure that data is systematically organized for easy retrieval.
- Collaborate with other teams to gather necessary information and clarify details when needed.
- Review and validate incoming data for completeness and accuracy.
- Support data cleansing efforts to ensure information quality.
- Assist in generating reports based on the assembled data when required.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should have the following skills and experiences:
- Experience in a technical environment – such as a drawing office, maintenance records, technical sales, or procurement- can be helpful in understanding the data you’ll be working with. However, full training will be provided.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
