About the role:

This Desktop Support Analyst role will be working within our Desktop Services team, getting the opportunity to work with talented individuals who deliver Information Technology and Data Management solutions, leveraging the latest developments in systems and technology, whilst delivering a consistently first-class service to our customers.

Key skills and experience relevant to this role:

  • Providing remote and face to face support to customers in a professional, knowledgeable manner,
  • Ensuring that incidents and support requests are responded to in a timely manner and all escalations are logged and assigned to the correct team,
  • Working in conjunction with other IT teams and the business to ensure the successful resolution of any desktop related issues.

To be considered for this opportunity you should be able to demonstrate:

  • Experience in an SLA driven, ticketed Service Desk or 1st / 2nd Line role,
  • Well-developed IT troubleshooting skills. Ideally, you’ll have gained experience in a range of the following key skillsets,
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems,
  • End user compute M365,
  • Software Application support,
  • Active Directory and Exchange,
  • Hardware installation, imaging and upgrades, printers and AV equipment,
  • Networking and VOIP,
  • Experience of building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers,
  • ITIL Foundation V3 qualification or a willingness to undertake relevant training.
