The role will involve working collaboratively with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse data and deliver insightful solutions to enhance decision making processes and support smooth project delivery.
About the role:- Perform requirements analysis and gathering and executing/handing over them into delivery
- Support Project / Product managers with delivery workstreams on requirements, capacity estimates and cost
- Ability to analyse complex issues and transform into manageable deliverables including solution and services
- Engage with business stakeholders and SMEs to capture and agree reporting and analytics requirements and provide guidance to the team
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define business intelligence needs and objectives
- Analysing data and generating meaningful reports and support strategic decisions
- Utilising BI tools to visualize data and present findings to stakeholders
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements through data analysis
- Ensure consistent use of standard business terminology and data sources
- Experience as a Business Analyst with demonstrable experience delivering solutions around Business Intelligence and supporting project managers with delivery of work streams
- Experience in driving data quality, standardising complex asset data
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem‑solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate business requirements in to use cases (with descriptions, acceptance criteria, functional and non-functional requirements)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data driven insights to non-technical audiences
- An ability to present visualisations/reports in a business context to business stakeholders.
