We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Application Support Analyst to provide high‑quality 1st Line support across our SAP landscape. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for SAP incidents and service requests, playing a key part in maintaining system stability, resolving issues, and keeping users productive. What the role looks like:
- Act as the first point of contact for all SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud incidents, queries, and service requests.
- Log, triage, and prioritise tickets in line with SLAs.
- Perform initial investigation, including access checks, workflow issues, and basic data validation.
- Deliver a high‑quality customer experience by communicating updates clearly and professionally.
- Support user access requests, including roles, permissions, and general user administration in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
- Assist with monitoring scheduled jobs, workflow activities, and system notifications.
- Maintain and update 1st Line SAP support documentation and internal knowledge base articles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and enhancements to user guidance and support processes.
- Work closely with internal teams including Service Desk, Applications, and Infrastructure to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Escalate tickets appropriately to 2nd Line, 3rd Line, or SAP Support with clear and accurate information to aid swift resolution.
Strong interest in learning SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud and modern ERP technologies. Excellent communication skills with a customer‑first mindset. Confident in troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and working in busy support environments. Experience in a service desk or application support role is beneficial, but training will be provided.
