Here’s what the role looks like:
As a Sword Account Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining excellent value-based relationships with existing customers and adopting a proactive approach to account development looking to identify new revenue opportunities
- Identifying and progressing new business development opportunities with net new accounts in the private and public sectors, leveraging both inbound and outbound activity
- Working collaboratively with colleagues including Technical Pre-Sales Solutions Architects and Sales Administration teams to deliver a great sales experience to customers
- Liaising with strategic vendor partners to support lead generation and co-sale opportunities
- Owning your account relationships and maintaining an accurate sales forecast
