We are looking for a Microsoft Copilot Studio Engineer to design, build, and deliver intelligent conversational solutions that enhance business productivity and user experience. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and production-ready Copilot and agent-based solutions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (or Power Virtual Agents) and the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Experience designing and building conversational agents, including intents, topics, generative AI capabilities, and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance considerations within the Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Partner directly with business teams to interpret functional and technical requirements for conversational AI and automation scenarios.
  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Build and integrate intelligent workflows, leveraging Power Automate, Dataverse, and other Microsoft services to enable end-to-end business processes.
  • Define, implement, and enforce platform governance, standards, and policies for Copilot Studio and conversational AI solutions.
  • Administer the Copilot Studio platform, including environment management, security configuration, and monitoring.
  • Provide guidance and support on licensing models, capacity planning, and cost optimisation for Copilot and Power Platform solutions.
  • Deliver high-quality, secure, and well-governed solutions in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary delivery team, including architects, developers, and business stakeholders.
