Know Your Stuff

Make sure you brush up on your knowledge of enterprise applications, especially in the context of M&A and integration. Familiarise yourself with the latest trends in SaaS and cloud-based systems, as well as any legacy systems that might come into play. This will show that you're not just a candidate, but someone who understands the landscape.

Showcase Your Experience

Prepare to discuss specific examples from your past roles where you've led application strategy or integration projects. Highlight your experience in regulated sectors and how you've navigated compliance and risk. This will help demonstrate your capability to handle the complexities of the role.

Engage Stakeholders

Since this role involves influencing senior stakeholders, practice articulating your ideas clearly and confidently. Think about how you can translate technical jargon into business language that resonates with non-technical stakeholders. This will be key in showcasing your consultative approach.
