About the role: This is a pivotal role at a time of significant evolution for Sword and transformation change for our customers. As the organisation continues to strengthen and scale its Data, Analytics, AI and Automation capabilities, you will play a critical role in shaping, directing, and delivering large-scale change and adoption and the front-line of our customer's workforce. Here’s what the role looks like: The role involves a mix of strategic planning, communication, training, and hands-on support to ensure that new systems and processes are effectively adopted within an organization. An Adoption Consultant is responsible for several key activities:
- Business Discovery: Conducting readiness assessments, gathering working practices and requirements, and planning the transformation journey.
- Executive Engagement: Engaging with executives to ensure alignment and support for the adoption initiatives.
- Change Management: Creating change and adoption collateral, developing and delivering communication plans and campaigns, and providing knowledge transfer to change agents.
- Training and Support: Delivering training content, organizing events, and supporting the adoption of new ways of working.
- Collaboration: Working closely with business personnel to ensure successful adoption and achieving business value success measures.
Requirements: Here are the key skills and experience relevant to this role:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI such as Copilot.
- Training experience on Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite of tools.
- PROSCI ADKAR Certification or experience.
- Classroom Training and Webinar Training design and delivery experience.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- User Experience Design experience preferable.
