This is a full-time on-site role located in London for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, understanding client business needs, and recommending appropriate financial solutions. The role involves working with internal teams, managing client accounts, and ensuring a seamless experience while driving client success.

  • Proven skills in Relationship Management, Client Communication, and Customer Service

  • Good understanding of the products offered (loans and asset finance) and the markets that Swoop target (desired but training is provided)
